International Exchange Programs
In 2024, the LnL team orchestrated exchange programs with the Sultan Qaboos University(SQU) in Oman.
The inaugural ‘From Korea to Oman’ program, conducted in January, provided LnL students with the opportunity to engage with SQU faculty and students, acquiring knowledge about Omani culture, economy, and diplomatic relations. Participants broadened their cultural and religious understanding through visits to Omani museums, art galleries, and historical sites.
LnL successfully negotiated an agreement to implement the ‘Dorm Swap’ program, culminating in the ‘From Oman to Korea’ initiative in June. During this visit, SQU students immersed themselves in Korean history and the Korean War, while experiencing significant cultural heritage sites such as Gyeongbokgung Palace and Jeonju Hanok Village. These exchanges fostered cross-cultural understanding and international cooperation, enhancing the global perspective of participants from both institutions.
